Terms of Service

Triad Chart provides personal readings synthesizing Pythagorean numerology, Western astrology (calculated via Swiss Ephemeris), and Bazi (Four Pillars of Destiny). Each reading is generated based on the birth information you provide and delivered to you in digital form.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading or use the service. By using Triad Chart you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you submit is accurate.

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the full amount.

We may, at our discretion, decline or refund an order if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a technical error in pricing or delivery.

All sales are final. Because each reading is generated for you specifically and delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed. If you experience a technical problem receiving your reading, contact support@thetriadchart.com and we will work with you to deliver the product you paid for.

Astrological and numerological calculations depend on the birth details you provide. If your name, date, time, or place of birth is incorrect, the resulting reading will not be accurate. We rely on the information you submit and are not responsible for inaccuracies stemming from incorrect input.

You own a personal, non-transferable right to keep and use your reading for your own use. You may not resell, republish, or distribute Triad Chart readings as your own work, or incorporate them into any commercial product or service, without our written permission.

Triad Chart readings are intended for personal insight and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in a Triad Chart reading should be relied upon as medical, mental health, legal, financial, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for those needs.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that readings will produce any particular outcome in your life. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triad Chart LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triad Chart LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access, probe, or tamper with parts of the site not intended for you.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the service or its underlying calculations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applied the service in a way that could harm Triad Chart or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and Triad Chart LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
