When you order a reading, we collect:

• Birth details: your full name as given at birth, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. These are required to calculate your chart.
• Contact information: the email address you provide to receive your reading and any related correspondence.
• Payment information: payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of payment, but your full card number is never seen or stored by Triad Chart. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to that data.
• Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting and used for security and performance.

• To calculate and deliver your reading.
• To send you the reading and any necessary follow-up emails (delivery confirmation, support replies).
• To process payment and prevent fraud.
• To improve the accuracy, presentation, and reliability of the service.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.

We share information only with the service providers strictly needed to run Triad Chart:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our hosting and email providers — to deliver the site and your reading.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Triad Chart, our users, or others.

We retain your order records (including birth details and reading) for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see “Your Choices” below. We may retain limited records (e.g., payment receipts) longer when required by tax or accounting law.

The site uses minimal cookies required for it to function. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect what is collected and how to opt out.

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Unsubscribe from non-essential email by following the link in any such email.

Triad Chart is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access and exposure of your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
